At Koltsovo airport, dangerous honey was confiscated from passengers who arrived from Tajikistan in Yekaterinburg on February 9, imported without veterinary documents, labeling and factory packaging. This was reported in the regional Rosselkhoznadzor.

“During the control of hand luggage and luggage, a batch of potentially dangerous honey was detected among passengers from Tajikistan,” the press service of the department writes on the official website. The Rosselkhoznadzor added that the products were completely destroyed.

Violators were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 10.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for the transportation, storage or sale of livestock products – ed.). The materials of the case were transferred to the customs authorities, summarized in the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor for the Sverdlovsk region.

Earlier, URA.RU wrote that in Yekaterinburg, at one of the bases, experts found four tons of dangerous oranges. Fruits were infected with a red orange scale insect.
