Municipal Employees of Tajikistan Designed “cities of the Future”

During a foresight session in Nizhny Novgorod, municipal employees from Tajikistan took part in the creation of “cities of the future.” Together with young leaders from the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives from Abkhazia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Serbia and Uzbekistan underwent internships in Russia as part of the “New Generation” program. This was reported in the official Rossotrudnichestvo tg channel.

As part of international teams, Tajik specialists developed projects for municipalities seeking to unite different cultures. The goal of these cities of the future is to promote international connections, event tourism, the creation of various ecosystems and the provision of jobs for youth.

“Participants in the New Generation program visited Gorodets, where they got acquainted with local folk crafts and learned how to organize new public spaces and hold major events in the field of youth tourism,” Rossotrudnichestvo said.
Every year Rossotrudnichestvo organizes internships in Russia for thousands of residents of different countries from all over the world. One of the most significant projects intended for young people is called “New Generation”. This program allows young representatives of political, social, scientific and business circles of other countries to get acquainted with Russia through short information trips.
